Amazingly in the midst of our inclement winter weather the morning of the February Market was fine and dry.
We had a good turnout for the first Market of the year.
The Kenn Parish Council were present in order to provide and serve the refreshments. Their aim was to have a good attempt at fund raising in aid of the Village defibrillator. We also had more donations into the collection box. The total amount received was £207.61.
A great effort!! The cakes were good too!!
We hope to see the apparatus in the village soon. Funds will still be needed to maintain it so the tin will still appear at future markets.
We hope to add a new seller to our numbers next month so come along and see.
The next Market will be on March 8th
